While every organization aspires to gain longevity and growth, they often forget the key virtue that moulds it all – balance. Throughout history, the world has witnessed how women can support and lead us towards betterment.

Even in today’s modern world, no aspect of society can truly thrive without women. That is why at BigStep Technologies, we are glad to have gathered capable and hardworking women who support our entire framework.

There is no division in the BigStep Family where our female members do not add unparalleled value. We would not have flourished half as much if it were not for all the ladies at BigStep. While we believe in cherishing our members throughout the year, we make special efforts to commend the female members at BigStep on 8th March, International Women’s Day.

The BigStep Family continued its tradition of celebrating womanhood by dedicating an event in their name. Similar to last year, we conducted a virtual event, gathering all the ladies in one space. We believe that no leader can achieve success without appreciating those who support it. 

Our Women’s Day event is a feeble attempt at giving something back to all our women members and their achievements as an individual and BigStep’ian alike. 

The event started with our co-founder, Vidit Paliwal acknowledging the crucial role every female member plays in our growth. Amit Tiwari, our VP of Operations also stated how we celebrate womanhood throughout the year. Niranjan Mangal, our co-founder, took the stage afterwards to praise the balance the women bring to the organization. We wrapped up the brief yet energetic event with all the female members sharing their experiences and lessons at BigStep and their individual lives.
