Inside Sales Executive
We’re looking for someone with 1 to 4 years of experience with excellent communication skills, good convincing ability to handle sales queries of customers, and plan and implement sales strategies.
- Answering sales related emails and queries for the Company’s software products and services
- Quality check of company’s sales processes
- Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online and offline
- Generating sales leads and arranging meetings
- Preparing presentations and other marketing collaterals
- Nurturing opportunities by providing value and consistent follow up
- Identifying new opportunities for business and sales growth
- Marketing the Company’s software products via emails, blogs, newsletters and social media
- Creating good content for marketing Company’s products and services including articles, presentations, etc.
- Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues
- Mapping potential customers and generating leads for the organization
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication, and client serving skills
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Strong Interpersonal, Decision making, and Problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and a good Team player
- Must have knowledge of using online sales channels like social media, emails, newsletters, etc.
- Ability to understand software product specifications
- Must be aware of the latest developments in the social networking and social media domains.
