BigStep is looking for a candidate with good experience in business development, who can work to develop inbound and outbound lead channels, and maximize the sales potential, with in-depth knowledge of Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Full-stack applications development, Web and Mobile application development and the working expertise on building and growing relationship with clients.

– Identifying new business development opportunities in global and domestic markets
– Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels
– Developing and identifying the scope of business in various cloud domains, like AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Full stack applications development, Web and Mobile application development
– Working directly to generate leads and convert business from large account prospects – through the entire Sales Cycle to Closure
– Responsible for Business Development – to map and bring new business /large customer accounts
– Creation of pitches and proposals
– Meeting with potential clients outside the Office
– Identify, analyze, and estimate new process opportunities
– Solving problems and assisting for timely responses and solutions to issues that arise in the day to day running of live automation platform processes
– Understanding and analyzing business & technical requirements from clients
– Nurturing leads and follow-ups
– Relationship management with existing and potential clients
– Developing sales & marketing strategies to fuel lead acquisition channels
– Identify new areas for business growth by researching industry and related events, publications, etc.
– Networking to gain potential leads

– Experience in Lead Generation/ Sales with IT services company
– Tech-savvy, should be aware of various technologies (PHP, Cloud, Mean, Mern, etc)
– Should have experience with selling services like Custom Application Development, Mobile Application Development, Websites Development, Digital Marketing, Cloud etc.
– Comfortable to take on a sales target and achieve the same
– Must have a strong drive to results and passion for growing businesses
– Proven track record of new client acquisition, client growth, and retention.Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as manage a team
– Deep understanding of marketing principles
– Excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills
– Must have strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills
